How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Registered Shipping (Express)
  • Shipping Area : Worldwide
  • Shipping Rate : Free: Shipping fee is free regardless of the price.
  • Delivery Time : 14 - 21 days
  • Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. 
    KStarLive cannot be held responsible for any damage's or loss of the item after it has been shipped. We are unable to refund costs for any reason unless it is a factory defect.
    Shipping issues must be resolved between the purchaser and the shipping company. (KStarLive will notify you if your order has been shipped internationally.)
    KShopLive uses the Korea Post Office to ship out your orders. Tracking of your order may be unavailable depending on your country.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

1) Return due to defective items or wrong delivery
You can return or exchange the items.
Please contact KStarLive CS center via email or board within 3 days of receiving the items. (Order number, Product code, Pictures of the defective part or wrong delivery should be attached.)
KStarLive bears the international shipping costs for the return and replacement (if applicable).
Please send us the copy of the receipt for the return shipping via email or board within 3 days after return request so that we can reimburse you the cost.

2) Order Exchange
You can change the color of the item you ordered. (Unfortunately, you can not change your order to a different item/product)
It can be processed only when your order is at ‘Pending’ state. If not, it means your order has been packed and already sent out, thus any substitution is not possible.

3) Change of Shipping Address
It can be processed only when your order at ‘Pending’ state. If not, it means your order has been packed and already sent out, thus address replacement is not possible.

4) When the ordered item is out of stock
KStarLive is trying to provide the best service by processing your order in a proper manner at the right time.
However, there are cases that some items are out of stock due to flush of orders, and the items cannot be shipped.
We will directly contact you via email if your ordered item(s) is out of stock.

Refunds

You can cancel ordered items or the entire order.
It can be processed only when your order is at ‘Pending’ state. If not, it means your order has been packed and already sent out, thus any cancellation is not possible.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
